Trust Lands Announces Realty Specialist

29-Jan-1998

The State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration has selected Donnell E. Leavitt as Realty Specialist for Washington and Iron Counties. Mr. Leavitt is based in the Trust Lands Administration office in St. George and is primarily concerned with trust land development in Southwestern Utah. Leavitt has worked in the real estate industry since 1970 and in the St. George area since 1991. He is a licensed broker, past vice-president of the Washington County Board of Realtors, and former chairman of the Utah Association of Realtors Region III Professional Standards Committee. "Given the scope of trust land holdings in Southwestern Utah, we need a local representative," says Trust Lands Administration Assistant Director Ric McBrier. "Don does that and brings an array of real estate skills and experience to our organization." The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is an independent state agency which manages 3.7 million acres of Utah trust lands exclusively for the benefit of Utah's schools and other public institutions.
