Green Springs
Overview
The Trust's 1140 acre Green Springs parcel is located in Washington City between I-15 on the south side and the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve (HCP) in the north. Utility, land use and traffic planning has been moving forward on this spectacularly located parcel, however active development may be years off. It is the intention of the Trust to have the Green Springs plan included in the City's master plan and bring the parcel under basic entitlement.
